JOB PURPOSE:   Develops guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  



  • Serve as initial contact and key data entry clerk for Players Club database information

  • Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact and service

  • Develop guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs

  • Provide services to response to guest requirements

  • Conduct informal surveys and queries



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):



  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older

  • Basic knowledge of departmental policies and procedures

  • Good knowledge of casino layout and rules and regulations

  • Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities; Must be people oriented.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Skill in using computer and program (Player tracking system)

  • Basic math skills 


REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Some experience in providing customer service

  • Basic computer experience preferred

  • Good communication skills required



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 



  • Office/casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

  • Standing/Walking-100% for up to 4 hours at a time

  • Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise

  • Some light lifting and carrying required
